Service of Małopolska Higher School Józef Dietla allows candidates to recruit electronically to the university. The service collects information about the candidate and the training profile he has chosen. The Dietl University attaches importance to the protection of privacy on the web. Therefore, only the information necessary for the recruitment process is collected. We have created a privacy policy to clarify our policies when collecting and processing your personal data.

When you contact us using the website, phone, email, etc. You provide us with your personal data, e.g. Name, email address. They allow us to fully handle your problem.

The data collected during registration will be used only to enable you to log in to our system. Registration is compulsory if you want to use the full functionality of the system or write to the studio.

2. If you have enrolled in your studies via online recruitment, you may receive e-mails from us about your registration. We may also contact you by phone if we have important information or questions about your recording.

3. If you have subscribed to our Newsletter or otherwise agreed to receive it, you will receive our Newsletter via email.

How can you inform us about the change of data?

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, the user has the right to inspect their data, correct them and request their erasure. Requesting erasure means at the same time cancelling your account or preventing you from using certain portal services. After logging in to the system, you can make changes or delete your personal data collected during registration and used to log in to the system and send the newsletter. The data used to register on-line recruitment can be changed after logging into the system. Data collected automatically cannot be changed or deleted.
